• Analytics & Reporting

Our services will be tailored to meet the agreed-upon goals and strategies specified during consultation or contract discussions.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, the client agrees to:

• Provide all required information, access, and materials (e.g., website login credentials, business goals) promptly.
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner.
• Follow recommendations or guidelines provided by Neyox to improve marketing results.

Failure to comply may impact the quality and effectiveness of the services provided, and Neyox shall not be held responsible for delays or suboptimal outcomes caused by the client’s actions or inactions.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule in the proposal or invoice.
• Payment is due before the start of the project unless otherwise stated.
• For monthly or retainer-based services, payment is due in advance for each billing cycle.
• Late payments may incur additional charges and/or suspension of services until the payment is cleared.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 24 hours of placing an order, provided no work has commenced.
• If the agreed deliverables are not completed within the specified timeframe, a full refund may be issued. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval.
• No refunds will be granted for work already completed or for delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, lack of materials).

6. Performance and Results

• Digital marketing outcomes depend on various factors, including competition, market trends, algorithm updates, and client compliance with our recommendations.
• Neyox does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or results. However, we commit to using industry best practices and proven strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Clients understand that digital marketing requires ongoing effort and time for measurable results.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials, content, and intellectual property created by Neyox during the project (e.g., website designs, ad campaigns, reports) remain the property of Neyox until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for tools, software, or third-party assets, which remain subject to their respective licenses.

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
• Neyox will not disclose or use any confidential client information for any purpose outside the scope of the agreed services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days’ written notice. Upon termination:

• The client will be invoiced for all completed work and any outstanding payments.
• Deliverables created up to the termination date will be handed over to the client upon final payment.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Neyox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Modifications to Terms

Neyox reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
